Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How much will my project cost, approximately?

Every project we build is fully custom — tailored to your goals, audience, and functionality needs. Because of that, cost depends entirely on scope and complexity. Since 2022, we’ve worked with the same senior team, tracking every minute of work, on average, delivering 40,000+ working hours every year. This means we know exactly how long different types of pages and features take, from landing pages to complex e-commerce flows.

After our first meeting, you’ll already have a realistic ballpark. As a reference, a fully custom website with us starts at $10,000+. We don’t take on projects less than $5k, as that budget doesn’t allow for the quality and depth we’re known for.

What does your website creation process look like?

Since 2022, with one senior team and zero churn, we’ve refined a 6-step system for consistent, high-quality results:

  1. Discovery — scope, budget, deadlines, roadmap from idea to launch
  2. Research — wireframes based on user goals and friction (Personas, JTBD)
  3. Design — unique, memorable visuals that align brand and user needs
  4. Development — fast, reliable code, smart SEO, engaging interactions
  5. Integrations — clean CMS, 3rd-party tools, SEO-safe launch
  6. Follow-through — 3 months of improvements, testing, and support

If UX research isn’t required or you only need development, we adapt the workflow to your needs, skipping non-essential stages while keeping quality standards intact.

What does your payment structure look like?

For full-cycle projects (design + development): 30% upfront, 40% after design approval, 30% on completion before transfer.

For smaller services like UI design only: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery before handing over source files.

How many design concepts do you provide — and what if I don’t like them?

We deliver one focused, high-quality concept, not 3–4 diluted versions. Before design starts, we align on references, moodboards, and a “Do & Don’t” style guide. You get up to 3 feedback rounds to refine the concept.

If you’re still not happy (which is rare), we can stop at that stage, and you’re free to continue elsewhere.

What website platforms do you work with? Can I choose?

We work with Webflow, WordPress, Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue, and Headless CMS (e.g. Strapi). If you don’t have a preference, we’ll recommend what best fits your goals and scales long-term.

Do you help with creating the structure or only work with a ready-made one?

We can create your website structure from scratch using Personas, JTBD, and market benchmarks. This includes sitemap, hierarchy, and technical copy — forming the foundation for design and development.

Do you handle SEO too?

Yes — every project includes full technical SEO setup: meta data, OG tags, XML sitemap, redirects, alt texts, and SEO-friendly code. We don’t do ongoing campaigns like link building — we give you a strong foundation.

Can you set up analytics, CRM, and other integrations?

We typically set up GA4 or Microsoft Clarity by default. CRM connections, API integrations, and other advanced tools are not included by default, but we know how to implement them if needed and can add them to the scope.

Do you provide copywriting services?

Yes — from technical UX copywriting to brand storytelling, ready to publish.

How quickly do you respond if there’s a website emergency?

During business hours, within 1 hour. We always have a team member on standby for urgent requests.

What happens after the 3 months of post-launch support?

We review analytics, heatmaps, and recordings to identify improvements. Minor updates are included; larger changes get a separate estimate. We can also run new optimization cycles as an ongoing service.

Additionally, we offer 6- and 12-month technical support contracts — available on special terms for projects we’ve built.

Who owns the website and its content once the project is finished?

Once fully paid, you own 100% of the site and its content. Until then, it remains the property of Digital Butlers.
